This tropical peach, mango, strawberry smoothie is A-MAZING-LY delicious. Packed full of vitamins, especially vitamin C, it’s a perfect morning smoothie or great for when you’re feeling under the weather and need a boost of vitamin C. It reminds me of the beach and summer-time, both of which are wonderful to think about in the middle of a cold, snowy winter. Freezing the fruit ahead of time makes it even colder and creamier, and better yet, you can use (mainly) local fruit if you’ve frozen them ahead of time when they were in season. Either way, this tropical smoothie is a favourite in our home.
Tropical Peach, Mango, Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Banana (cut up before-hand and frozen is best)
- 1/2-3/4 cup Peaches (frozen)
- 1 cup Frozen Mango
- 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1 tbsp Chia (I used ground white Chia)
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- Water to Blend
Method
Cover the fruit with water and blend until smooth. You may need to stop a few times to stir it up if you’re using all frozen fruit, or if you have a Vitamix, use the tamper! Enjoy:)
