Is it just me or is cucumber one of the most refreshing edible items out there? Cucumber-infused water, cucumber added to a healthy smoothie or just straight up sliced cucumber. It’s so refreshing, cooling and healthy. These 15 refreshing cucumber drinks all look SO delicious, I can’t wait to make them all. While most are kid-friendly, there are a couple of after-hours drinks for moms and dads to enjoy.
Cucumbers are amazing. Not only are they full of dietary fibre, they contain such a minimal amount of sugar and very limited calories. They’re also full of vitamin K and contain folate, vitamin A and vitamin C. Not to mention they are so delicious and hydrating. So far, our spring aka summer because we seemed to go from winter to summer, is turning out to be hot, hot, hot. If you’re like me, all you want to do is sip on smoothies, delicious infused water, and yummy popsicles. Having a hydrating drink nearby is so key for the summer months.
